I don't know how many of you remember the lyrics of this Joni Mitchell song, Big Yellow Taxi, circa 1969. Read the lyrics... so true today. Our RINO Legislators in Florida have determined that the people can no longer decide the zoning and construction regulations in their community. Our Legislators are busy writing bills that all have the same phrases: "Prohibits Counties..."

I recall in Florida, in 2023, the Legislators passed the "Live Local" Act SB102: which contains "deleting the authority of local governments to adopt or maintain laws..."
I went to my BCC (Board of County Commissioners) meeting Tuesday, March 25, 2025. I referenced these several state bills that contain a very troublesome phrase and I told them this phrase phrase will remove their authority while giving authority to UNELECTED DEVELOPERS, who will destroy rural necessary agricultural land.
It is my hope that they do not want rural Jackson county to turn into a concrete, high-density housing area, like what we are seeing on the peninsula. It is my hope they will contact other rural county commissioners and their association to work together and tell the state legislators to
STOP DICTATING HOW WE SHOULD LIVE!
The more bills that are passed like this, the less authority they will have, until they have none. If they have no authority, why would we keep paying for them.
Please let me know what action you will be taking. Will you contact your legislator, media?
It is also my hope that the people moving into Florida are not bringing their "blue" ideas with them. They must pay attention and stay in contact with their local and state legislators.
Why am I telling you this? Because if this legislation is in Florida and CA, you can bet it will show up in your state. Read the bills very carefully!

The Marxist Democrats and RINO Republicans do not want us to own land or anything else for that matter! Remember Klaus, WEF (World Economic Forum):

They will do anything to take what is yours.
They must have power. Money trumps common sense. They need power and wealth, concentrated in the hands of the few. Money, Power, Control.
What better way than to control us by regulating our land and local communities?!
THEY WANT CONTROL!
